Brief History: Victor's father was a small-time country singer who retired on the verge of making it big, when Aphrodite fell for him and in nine months, handed him a baby. Maximus became an office worker to make ends meet. On bring-your-child-to-work day, Maximus would bring Victor in to work. His coworkers fell in love with "Ol' Max"s beautiful little boy. Victor has the face of an angel and the mannerisms of a saint. Except when he gets angry. He never thinks about the other person. He cares only for himself. When he was seven, he used charmspeak (although, he didn't know he could do that.) to get one of Max's coworkers to kill Max, because Victor wanted more time to watch TV than Max was allowing. (Lame as that is. But he was seven.) Victor went through the adoption process, and landed in a family with a Titan Soldier in it. After starting a correspondence, via letters, She started bringing Victor to the Army, hoping he would be recruited, gaining her favor. And soon enough, he was inducted.

Physical Appearance: Five foot nine and average build. He has a very slim and elegant face, a tad pale. Nice dirty blonde hair that naturally poufs up in front, stylishly. He has one brilliant blue eye and one bright green; those are his most remembered features. He has perfect white teeth and nicely manicured nails.

Personality: Vain. He loves himself, probably a megalomaniac. He is a highly functioning sociopath and disvalues human life. He believes himself to be something other than human and therefore, is more important. He thinks the world dirty and petty and attempts to stay above it. He once allowed himself to feel affection for someone, and had his heart broken when she left, driven away by his megalomania. He will never allow himself to fall for anyone again.

Fatal Flaw: His attractive person makes him enemies with guys who don't like their girls swooning over him. And his mistreatment of anyone who tries to get close to him makes him enemies  with the girls. He makes few friends and has no one to back him up.

Talents: Charmspeak.

Weapons: A dagger and a bladed whip.

Just one thing:I'm not exactly sure if titan army soldiers are allowed to go home......and I think his sister the soldier wouldnt exacly have that much love in him o bring her adoptedbrother in and put him in potential danger.......

ah well,i dunno. Just gie it a little thought.

Updated it. Probably a bit thin, but there's not much to say about Victor.

I'd have to agree with the above.

The TA would most likely not allow someone in their Army to go wandering off back to their house without a reason. But you could say she contacted him through letters and when he was 13 he was told to meet her at such and such place. Other than that it looks fine.
