Brief History: My name is Bell Thundershadow i was born in the city of Boston. her mother died when she was 5. she ended up in foster care. where she made a few enemies. including Axel Stone...(hi bro) she later ran away from foster care at the age of 10. she soon after leaving learned that she was a half blood. she later hooked up with the titan army.  slowly rising in skill. she eventually rose up in the ranks over the other privates and was promoted to colonel.
Physical Appearance:she is rather beautiful. she has long blond hair with a black streak dyed into it. one eye is red, the other is blue. she is normal height and build. she has a scar on her eye from a fight when she was a child. (and yes...the fight was with Axel)
Personality: she is a rather ruthless character. she will injure anyone she deems unworthy of fighting alongside her. she prefers fighting to talking. and is likely to attack rather than try to negotiate for peace. she values loyalty. though she never fully trusts anyone.
Fatal Flaw: she tends to hold things against people. she will hold a grudge for as long as it takes for her to get revenge. this could lead to her end because she may be blinded by her need for vengeance and destroy herself to get back at somebody else.
Talents: swordfighting. knife throwing. swimming (she has the power to turn into a dolphin)
Weapons: she wields a silver Scimitar. as well as several specially crafted daggers that she uses for throwing.
Other:she has a white raven named Snow.

Two things:
The time frame feels like a rather long time to have, especially for a new user. If another staff member's okay with it, I might let it slide, though. It's on the line in my opinion.

Then no silver weapons unless you're a huntress. That's our rule of thumb.

And technically, Col. isn't a rank for us. We've got private, corporal, and commanders, which are below Captain and Lieutenants, which have no chance of you getting. (Being blunt, not meaning anything personally.) I would recommend Corporal, though I'll let the Commander slide if others are okay with it. (You'll probably have to really make your app shine for Commander, though.)

If you fix capitolization errors and bring down the age to 15 and years of being in the Army to 3, accepted.

Seeing as how you're new I'll only allow Private really but if you prove to be active enough and a good RPer in 2 weeks I'll up it to Corporal. You just have to fill out the required stuff at the appointed time.

Rule of thumb for RPing always write in 3rd person for anything except profiles. I haven't ever come across a site that does 1st person RPing.
