Oh, look, it's a Razi

Name: Razi Amelio

Age: 12(Almost 13)

God Parent: Soteria, Spirit/Goddess of safety, preservation and deliverance from harm

Mortal Family: Leon Amelio (father), Faye Amelio (step-mother), Karen Amelio (half-sister)

Years in Camp: Zip, zero, zilch

History: Razi has lived a somewhat normal life growing up, more average than one's of demigod.

After a few days of being born, she was left to be taken care by her father, resulting in Leon desperately trying to find a mother figure for Razi. So after Razi turned one, he had found a girlfriend, Faye Wendells, and started dating Faye for four years afterwards, and finally proposed to her when his daughter turned five. Leon loves his daughter, and Razi does back. Faye treats her step-daughter as her own since they knew each other for so long.

Razi then started kindergarten at that age (obvious, much?) and pretty much blended in perfectly. Her ADHD doesn't really bother her, and dyslexia wasn't such a problem as Faye was a middle school teacher and had done her best to help Razi. Her teacher also noticed that Razi tended to be paranoid about things that seemed "over the top" but quickly shrugged it off as it seemed normal child behavior. Razi's younger half-sister, Karen, was also born in this year. She has a good relationship with her sister, but Karen sometimes thinks that Razi is too overprotective and paranoid at times.

Seven years later...

So, large time-skip seven years later because the rest of Razi's life is pretty boring, Razi had just finished 7th grade and noted something about herself. She never seemed to get in trouble (Soteria is also the goddess of salvation). Yes, yes, it wasn't that bizarre, but even the goody-two shoes at her school committed crime at least once or twice. After realizing this (not really)weird phenomenon, she looked around as she took the normal path home to school and saw something really, really, really just plain weird. Ok, why was there a freaking dude with goat legs?!

After big and confusing explanations about Greek mythology and its wonders, the "goat-leg dude", as Razi began to call him, walked with her to her family's apartment and they both told Faye and Leon about the demigods and Greek gods concept. Of course, they didn't believe him at first but after a lot of debating, they were stumped on finding any more reasons that Greek mythology are just myths.

Razi then started Camp Half-Blood, only going to Camp on summer vacation.


Physical Appearance: Razi, being the modest girl she is, has a fairly ordinary appearance. She has a light, honey-beige skin tone, and long, dark brown hair that reaches her waist. Her hair can be described as thick and somewhat plain, and it is usually tied in a braid. She was soft, brown eyes that tend to have a look of concern to them. She stands at 5'2" and weighs 109lbs. Most of the time, Razi wears a thin, black jacket that has sleeves that are a bit long for her arms also.

Personality: Razi has a somewhat motherly and soft-spoken personality since her mother is the goddess of safety and deliverance from harm. She tends to be paranoid about a lot of things, such as daring feats or whatever. Razi isn't entirely shy, but gets a bit queasy when she meets someone new or has to do something in public. She dislikes violence but lets it slides since it is a crucial part of a demigod's life.

Fatal Flaw: Cowardice is Razi's fatal flaw. She frequently avoids trouble and any kind of violence, such as battles and pranks. If in battle, she just freezes up and her minds becomes blank, making her opponent get an easy hit on her. Other than battle, she also gets a blank state of mind if chosen to be trusted with something entirely important, such as speeches.

Talents: Somehow, Razi makes others feel at ease when around her, even if they had something stressing on their mind. She is also an avid healer, as her mother has the "deliverance from harm" concept.

Weapons: Even though Razi doesn't like fighting, she does in fact have a Celestial Bronze shield, and a Celestial Bronze sword named "Ασφάλεια", or "Security".

Other: Razi is of Spaniard descent from Leon, so she uses some Spanish words at times.

Hmm, it pretty much looks good. I like the minor goddess use, we don't get too many of those. xP A few small things however:

1) I think there needs to be a "two years later" somewhere in the history, because you timeskip to her being in 5th grade (which is where you're 10), and then you say she met a satyr and went to CHB--but it says she's 12 on your app.

2) By her never getting hurt when she's younger, are you implying that she can't get hurt? Cuz that would be a no-no. Please explain this.

That's all I have for critiques. As for notes: Jake will love you for having a shield, and hey--you're character's short and tiny, but not a red-head! Score! (Inside joke...I guess?)

Hmm. I think that looks all good. Approved, but someone else needs to check it over in case they disagree with anything. Just wait for another approval, then you'll be good to go!
