Four children of Artemis (James, Asteri, Maybeth and Jacob) are living at Camp Half-Blood. Half of the gods are unleashing full fury on Camp, sending monster after monster to kill the four demigods, which is weakening the border. The demigods at camp are protecting the borders and the children of Artemis, but their army is getting weaker.

Artemis is distrought that her children are hated by half of the gods. She is trying to reason with her family, but they refuse to listen. Athena, Poseidon, Apollo, Zues, Dionysus, and Hephaesus are with Artemis, and protect camp with all they can. All the other gods are trying to kill James, Asteri, Maybeth and Jacob.

Someone has to reason with the gods. But who will it be?
