(This site takes place a good bit of time after all of the main books so, Spoiler alert: the Oracle would not be in the Attic anymore.
Ignoring that, let's not have the "Master Quest" side-plot. Quests that important are very rare and don't happen very often. If you really want to do a quest, then tone it down. A lot.)
