One random dinner.

By the time Ross reached the dinning hall breathing heavily. Violet had long since beaten him there. She stood by one of the corners waiting for him to get there. "You're fast" Ross said.

Violet laughed "Well...you expect a 17 year old that has no friends to go slow?" she paused "I mean like...what do you expect me to do on my free time when I'm done practicing magic that day?...slouch around like a doofus?" she waited for Ross to pant loudly again "I've gotta get out there and run."

"I see that. I'm not much of a runner" Ross said,

"Well...it would be a good skill to consider training for...there's some monsters out there that are pretty speedy...maybe you'll have to outrun them someday." Then...on that note she walked over to the Dionysus Table and sat alone.

Ross then turned and went over to the Hermes table.

(Since we are technically back...I swear Kris/Wes, if you don't post...)

"I don't have time to eat!" Jake shouted at the girls, having been nearly dragged to the mess hall after dropping off his stuff at his cabin. Kris and Wes were good friends and all, and he'd probably be better off eating something before working on the project for who-knows-how-long... but he wanted to finish it! "Huge thing I'm working on- very important! Ring any bells?!"

"I don't care Jake, you need to eat something before you can head off. I will even sit on you if it means making you stay and eat." Kris said being completely serious.

"Wouldn't be the first time," Wes said with a slight smirk. Wes had a feeling that Kris would probably go as far as force feeding Jake with a spoon, embarrasing him with the whole, 'open up for the airplane' thing.

Ross noticed the three newcomers or at least to him they are, and the commotion they were causing but didn't say anything as he sat at the Hermes table and ate his food.

"Shove off!" Jake said, giving Kris an actual push. "I ate earlier." He pointed out. Earlier was probably closer to breakfast... but it was at least in the same day.

(I suddenly have a huge desire to start a food fight.)

After being pushed, Kris kinda fell in some random kids plate of food. "Oh you are gonna get it Jake...." Kris closed her hand around some of the squashed food and threw it straight at Jake.

Standing near the line of fire, Wes caught a little of the projectile on her cheek. "My goodness," she sighed, backing away towards the Apollo table. Ignoring the fact that she'd had almost a whole case of Dew on the way over, she filled goblet with more and leaned against the table to watch this go down.

Jake winced in surprise as he was hit with the projectile. He scowled. He quickly grabbed some food from the serving table and threw a fistfull towards Kris, it (of course) barely missing her and smacking some other girl in the back of her head.
"Uh... Sorry!" He said weakly, giving a sheepish grin.

(Come on, join the food fight! You know you want to....)

Erik sighed contently as the food splattered the faces of the demi-gods. He picked up a large chunk of meat and launched it at Jake, hitting him in the head. He smiled, this was not going to be another boring dinner. "Eh, Jake, your head is so big it was hard to miss!" He teased.

The fact that he was sitting at the Hermes table during a food fight wasn't very good for Ross, he already had been hit by several pieces of food. He grabbed a plate of half eaten food and used its own weight to launch the contents of the food into the huge crowd.

Pudding splattered on Erik's face. It was all fun and games until it hit him. He grabbed an entire peice of meat, what looked to be a whole chicked, and smashed it on Ross's head, making the chicken look like some sort of helmet.

Ross stumbled back trying to find his balance. He couldn't see anything because the chicken was blocking his view. He ran into some one and was knocked down. He then tried to pry off the chicken on his head.

Jake started cracking up at the accidental riot they had started. He ducked as another bit of food flew over his head. He grabbed a trey and used it as a shield, giving himself more time to laugh. I mean- how many times do you get to have a food fight?

Kris looked around at the chaos that had ensued from trying to get Jake to eat. Deciding to cut her losses, Kris quickly ducked under a table, grabbing two trays on her way down. One tray had food and the other was clean and to be used as a shield.

Wes was doing good staying out of the havoc, until something landed in her goblet of dew, then she blew up. She whispered to her goblet, "Blue slushie." Not knowing who landed it there, she walked up behind Jake and tipped over the bottomless glass, spilling slushie on his head.

Jake yelped as suddenly a cold wet thing gushed down his jacket and over his head. He scooted sideways out of the flow, holding the trey over his head. Slushie?
He turned around to see the source of the very cold, wetness all over his jacket and hair. He gave Wes a 'what-the-heck' look.
"Dude!"

Lily flung some mashed potatoes to some random boy as she said, "This'll probably turn into a diaster!" and giggled.Even though she knew that she'd get food and dew on her clothes, she didn't get anything to use as a shield. She loved food fights. A lot. But when se saw the situation, she decided to grab an empty food tray.
(Um... Isn't anybody going to stop this soon?)
