Playing In the Sand(open)

Josh walked up in his Black Nike shoes, khaki shorts with his belt around it, a yellow shirt that said I'll Fly Away and his gold aviators on. He had brought a volley ball with him hoping to find someone to practice or play with. He noticed no one was there so he started to stretch out his right arm and hoped someone would see him all alone and would join him.

Sophie had just recently arrived back at Camp and here she was, taking a walk around it. She found herself at the Volleyball Courts, looking around. Then she noticed a boy not so far from her which was stretching. She approached him but she didn't know what to do so she just said "Hi." He turned around, noticing her.

Josh heard someone talk so he turned around to see who it was. He noticed it was a girl and he then responded her while smiling "Hi did ya come here to watch or play?" He then started to sat down and streched put his legs.

Sophie smiled back at him while answering "Both, I guess. I haven't played in a while." It was true. She was certain she wasn't in a good shape and didn't mind remembering the game. And while still watching him, she asked "So what's your name?"

Josh forgot to tell his name and he felt embarrassed and he said "Sorry forgot my manners" he then got up brushed off his hand and put it out or her to shake as he said "My names Josh son of Zues who might you be?"

She shaked his hand while replying "Nice to meet you, Josh. My name's Sophia, daughter of Athena." She blushed but still added "Please call me Sophie." and smiled to him again.

Andrew nodded and said "Well Sophie nice to meet you. Do you want to start playing now or wait for some more people to join?" He then gets the volleyball.

(Got to leave for about 10 min)

Sophie looked at the ball in his hands and then said "Either way is fine for me." She started stretching a little too, like he did earlier and tried to recall the rules, feeling a little worried cause she wasn't that great of a player.

Josh kept stretching until he and she were finished. He then picked up the ball and said "We should do drills." He then whispered to her "I haven't played in forever so bear with me if I suck." He then hit the ball to her. It went a little higher ten he wanted almost past her head.

Sophie jumped but managed to hit the ball back, though barely. She was relieved by his whispered words that he haven't played recently too. She saw that she had hit the ball not too straight but she knew she'll eventually get more into the game.

Josh hit it to the left of her. He then asked "So where you from?"

Sophie hit the ball back and after hesitating a little, replied "Actually, I'm from Europe." she was watching the ball but said "And you, Josh?"

Josh started kidding around as hit the ball with his which came a little short SMS w said "I'm from Florida. Next question?"

Sophie ran forward and hit the ball. She then asked her next question "How old are you?"

He hit it up in the air in a long arch he then answered "15 what about you?"

She waited for it to fall down and then hit it back again, answering "I'm 16." Sophie then smiled and repeated his words from earlier "Next question?"

Josh knees the ball and smiled "Hmm any things tou like to do for fun?"

"Well, a lot of stuff." Sophie answered with a smile while sending the ball back to him. "You?"

Josh hit the ball back and laughed and said "That wasn't really an answer but I like to play basket ball and run. Next question?"

Sophie smiled again at his words and after another hit of the ball to him she said "Hmm, lets see.. How long have you been at Camp?"

Josh hit the ball up to her and asked "Do you just want to quit?" He then answered "I've been here for a year whata about you?"

Sophie catched the voleyball and said "Yeah I could use a break or something.." she then smiled and answered back "I've been here for 2 years." She passed the ball to him, smiled and asked "Now what?"

Josh caught the ball with one hand and shrugged his shoulders and said "Well we could just talk or something else a ythings fine with me." He then went over to te grass put the ball down and sat down.

Sophie sat down beside Josh and said "Talking's fine for me." After that she thought for a question and turning to him she curiously asked "So.. what's your choice of weapon?"

Josh said without hesitation "An axe of course you want to see it?" He hoped so being the show off he was.
