Egyptian Tent (no joke its seriously just a tent)

Keiara walked up to a grassy area with the tent in her arms. She pulled out the directions. "This shouldn't be too hard... Hopefully..." A few hours had proven her wrong. The tent was together... sort of... but it had been harder to contrusct than the instuctions implied. Keiara furrowed her eyebrows at the lopsided canvas; it was going to be a loooooong summer. She began to drag her things inside the tent.

Back from the quest, Wes was walking to cabin 7 and stops dead in her tracks seeing the tent by the fire. When did that get there...

Keiara climbed out of the tent after having put the last ofher belongings in. She looked it over nervously "I hope it holds..."

Wes snickered a bit at the lopsided tent and the new camper who came out, knowing she must be new beause of that.

Keiara spun around on her heel to see the girl behind her "Oh h-hello there." she said, still somewhat startled.

Wes stopped snickering, "Oh, hi. You new?"

Keiara nodded and exended her hand out. "My name's Keiara, and you wold be?"

"Legally Sarah, but to most people I'm Wes. You claimed yet?" She stil wondered why she was in the tent rather than at least the Hermes cabin...

Keiara bit her lower lip for a second before answering "Uh yeah... I'm the daughter of Amun-Ra"

Wes narrowed her eyes hearing that name, "That imposter?"

Keiara was slightly taken aback from Wes's comment "Excuse me, but do you have something against my father?"

Wes realized that was probably rude, but still true, "I'm sorry, but Apollo's the true sun god."

Keiara felt her face flush, getting angry was't probally going to win anyone over, but she wasn't going to have someone talk down her father like that "Well I say Amun-Ra s the true sun god!"

Wes shook her head down towards the ground, "Egyptians are just-" She stoped herself from saying anything she'd regret later, "They couldn't stand being wrong so they had to go and make up some other gods that are knock-offs"

That was the last straw for Keiara "Knock offs?! Made up?! If the Egyptians "just made them up" how is it that I'mhere? My father and his entire family are as good as gods as the Olympians!"

"I never said they weren't real, I said they were-you know what, nevemind, you wouldnt understand plain English."

"No you said made up!" Keiara said, placing her hands on her ips and leaning forward a bit "But please cntinue. I would love to here what a superior being has to say on the subject!" Keiara sanpped back sarcastically.

"I *know* I said made up. When I said that, though, I never said they weren't real, I ment just that the Egyptians...bestowed, the power on their gods because they couldnt stand having the same patrons as another country."

I begin to examine the cabins, amazed by how eleent some of them are. I walk by the tent, which i know notice is the only one, and hear two people arguing. I walk a little closer and listen to what this ould be about.

"Well my father is as good as any Olympian! Infact the Greek gods should be honored to be considered half the god he is!" Keiara spat back angrily. She wouldn't stand someone talk down on her family like this no matter how much trouble it got hr in.

Wes shifted her weight back, "Red, Maseratti Spyder. Reaches speeds of about 300 thousand kilometers per second. Lights up the world every morning at dawn. You know who drives it? My dad. If even just he was half of anything, that thing would have to be pretty fat."

Keaira was gowing tired of the girl's ignorance "Sorry but Ra rises and sets the sun with the solar boat, and during his journey he must constantly battle Apep, who tries to eat my father's boat every night. Oh, and its not because the Egyptan's are 'fat', but rather the Greeks are miniscule."

Wes scoffed at the boat, "boat? how lame is that? Check this." Wes pulled out an epic picture of her and Apollo leaning against the Spyder, a pic taken one day that she got to ride it.

Keiara raised an eyebrow at the picture "Please my mom has a coller car than that." Keiara fished around in her wallet for her own picture of her mom's car

Wes grinned abit, "Well...since we're on this subject..wanna see my future car, er, cars?" She brought out a double sided picture of her two dream cars.
