A wall with lava pouring down it...Challenge Accepted (open)

Axel looked at the tall threatening wall with the lava pouring down it. as well as the thing shaking as though it was in the middle of an earthquake. He had heard that the wall was difficult but standing in front of it Axel felt kinda small. well at least it wont be a boring climb Axel thought and with that he began walking up to the wall to begin his climb.

Approaching the wall, Cat decided she was completely out of her mind. She was never daunted by putting herself into situations that presented some degree of danger - after all, what's life without a bit of adventure? But here she was, walking towards a shaking wall of lava and rock debris. That was more than just a little dangerous. That was like a death wish.
   But something felt different. Maybe it was the whole demigod thing, but... she was sort of raring to try it out. Excited. Here was a challenge. And she was ready to accept it.
  She reached up to tug the earbuds out of her ears, before remembering that she had left her iPod, guitar pick, pocket knife, and other assorted items in her cabin for safekeeping. Better not to have her belongings with her for a day than get it all smelted by lava.

   She noticed another camper at the wall already, and recognized the spiky black hair, the brown leather jacket and the tall figure instantly: Axel. She didn't call out a greeting just yet; she'd wait til she was closer before alerting him of her presence, so there wouldn't have to be an awkward period of time while she was still walking and trying to talk at the same time.

Axel thought for a second, then took off his jacket and put it on the grass away from the wall. he didnt want it to burn. though he didnt expect to mess up. Ax then grabbed one of the handholds to begin his climb up the wall. after of course poking the lava with a stick experimentally. just to see if it was real, and much to his surprise it was. this really was gonna be fun. Axel then began to focus on the wall and began his climb up

Cat watched Axel begin his climb, his brown leather jacket on the grass. Smart. Remembering no one was around, she allowed a dry smile to form on her face. She stretched her arms out a little, letting herself loosen up a little, and also preparing herself for the climb.
   She sat at the edge of the grass, wishing she had a hoodie to sit on. It was too bad she had left it in the Apollo cabin, deciding it was too warm a day for a second layer. She had also traded cargo pants for a comfortable pair of dark blue jeans, not having to carry her usual bulk of miscellaneous items. She felt a twinge of slight regret at that. Not that having a pocket knife or guitar pick would help with a climbing wall, but she still felt safer with them at her side.
   Oh well, she thought, dismissing her frivolous thoughts as she stretched her legs out in front of her and leaned back onto her hands. She watched critically as Axel climbed up the wall, discerning his strategy for the attempt and watching for any patterns of clashing, falling rocks or of the lava.

Axel continued climbing. the climb was a difficult one. a couple falling rocks had just barely missed him. he was so focused on dodging the second one his hand slipped and slightly hit the Lava. the pain was intense. Axel almost lost his grip with his other hand. he looked at the burn. not to serious Axel thought. he would probably need some Nectar or some ambrosia. but he wasnt going to stop his climb for something so insignificant. so he continued cimbing, ignoring the pain from the burn. he was going to finish this.
