Dinner (Cuz I'm tired of waiting)

"thanks for letting me use your laptop."
I say and see kiki waving her hand at the fading symbol.

"having fun?"
I say and smile lightly at her, wondering if there is a seating chart of some kind.

Adrian finnishes her dinner quicker than she thought. Since she had nothing else to do, she walked over to the camper who had just recently been claimed. " 'Ello," she said, and pointed to where his sign used to be. "So, whose your newly-found olympian aprent?" she questioned, raising her eyebrow.

I look at the girl and chuckle lightly before replyng.

"Thanatos, the god of death."

I say and eat some of y food, washing it don with my root beer, wondering what would happen if it tipped over and began to spill.

"Ah. No offence intending, but isn't Hades the god of death...? Or is it jsut the underword? I always get it mixed up." Adrian replys.

"Thanatos is usually overshadowed by Hades. Thanatos goes to dead or near dead mortals and brings them to Hades for judgement. Hades if usually corresponded to demons while Thanatos is more natural like the plague."

I exlpain, looking at her.

"whats your parent?"

A look of remembrance crosses her face. "Oh yeah! He drives the boat over((/through?)) the River Styx, right?" she asked. "Oh, my dad's Apollo." Adrian told Zenaku.

"I guess, since He works for Hades."

I say finishing up my food.

"the sun god,hm? could you tell him to fly a little higher, im tired of ALL these global warming topics everywere."

I say smiling lightly at her.

Adrian smiled. "Before I knew I was a demigod, I led a website protesting against global warming. The members were quite shocked when I told them I was quitting."

"kinda hard t talk about the sun when its your fathers job."

I say and look at my goblet still amazed at it and take another sip.

"Kinda hard to criticise something that is totally not true, too." Adrian added. "Wonder wy your dad chose now to claim you...no offence." she said, thinking hard.

"i guess he is surprise to see, or not see, that one of his childre are alive. its like asking why your father claimed you right?"

I say, nd place my cup down as I drank my fill.

"Touche." Adrian replys "Just wondering why now, at dinner, is all I mean."

" I don't know, guess free time?'

I sugest loking around at the people wo have not finished eating yet.

"well besides the wall of death and combat related activities, what else can we do here?'"

Adrian thought for a moment."You could use the canoes, forge some stuff, go into the strawberry fields and help tend to them, uhh... that's all I can think of right now." she replied.

"Dont forget chariot racing and capture the flag games!" she chirrped. She threw the rest of her uneaten food in the cauldron and returned. "Wasnt very hungry."

"Oh yeah!" Adrian exclaimed. "I wish we'd have anouther game soon... I'm getting tired of waiting!" she said impatiently.

Kiki nodded in agreement. "Indeed. We have to wait till Friday though...I dont know when the next chariot race is though."

"I haven't been ehre long enogh to see a chariot race." Adrian admitted. "What are they like?" she asked Kiki.

Kiki grinned. "Oh they're loads of fun. Build a chariot, choose your partner, ready whatever tricks and traps you can then ride like the wind!." she laughed.

"sounds fun, say sinc were all done, anything you wanna do?"

I ask, looking at the two.

Adrian shrugs. "Dunno. What 'bout you guys?"

Keiara walked into the the Mess Hall after seeing some of the other enter at the sound of the conch. "Great..." She mummbled to herself. It seemed everyone was sitting by cabin.

I see a girl enter the haal late, and smie lightly, she must be new like me, so I wave to her as a friendy greeting.

Seeing the girl stumble into the mess hall too, Adrian waves with Zenaku. "I wonder what cabin she's in.." she wonders.

Keiara noticed the two waving and lloked around. "They can't mean me?" She asks herself looking around to see if here was sombdy behind her or something. Nothing... Alright Keiara! Don't screw this one up! Cars saved you once but I doubt they'll do it again! She timidly began to walk over at the two waving at her "Uh Hello."
