Inspecting the Damage

Ramal sure picked a bad time to come back to camp. Upon arrival he had heard that the Poseidon cabin had been burned down. Not only that, but his head counselor was somehow hurt. He sighed as he looked at the cabin, his home. Where was he to go now? First things first. He was going to find out who else had suffered from the wreck.

Alex laughs as Cam gets tripped.

Jake laughed. It was nice to laugh. The ambrosia was starting to wear off, so he was feeling bad again. That really sucked because he took so much he probably lost five years doing it, and if that much was wearing off in about 45 minutes... he must be worse than he thought.
"Well, no one died- right?"

"Their was a few people in the woods, I don't recall their names." He muttered. Erik only knew a few people so far, so he didn't feel all that bad, and that made him feel guilty.

"While I was there, I didn't see anyone from our side." I walked up to the group. "I made sure that the Titans didn't get away without casualties."

Ramal stopped when he saw some kids talking amongst the rubble. As he approached them he saw one of them trip another. He laughed to himself as he got closer he heard them talking about what happened to everyone."What are you guys going to do now?"he asked

Alex shrugs. "Rebuild."

"That's all we really can do."

"And We'll rebuild it beter." Jake grinned. "It will rise from the ashes anew like the pheonix." He said, almost too dramatically.

Kris walked up to the group after Jake's comment. Wes' shirt covered her wounds. "Why are we all standing around? Shouldn't we be trying to get somewhere set up for everyone to sleep?"

"Well, *I* would *LOVE* to." Jake said, adding unneeded emphasis. "But *I* apparently can't do anything for a *month*." He complained bitterly. His wounds were starting to hurt again, but he was more hurt by the fact he couldn't help.

"Well I cant sleep anyway," Ramal said as he picked up a black peice of...whatever it was. "I might as well start doing what I can."

"I'll be right back. I need to go see if there is anything salvageable from my cabin." Kris holds her arm over her wound and walked over to what used to be Poseidon cabin. There was still some walls left. Thank goodness for having walls made of shells. Kris stepped through the burnt rubble after stepping through what once was a door. Where is my laptop and my camera.... She searched constantly through rubble. Those two objects were her life away from camp. So many memories that she couldn't afford to lose. The morphine was wearing off just a bit and the pain twinged in her gut. Luckily it was beneath a matress that had barely gotten touch by fire. She gave a sigh of relief and stuck the camera in her pocket and cradled the laptop in her arms. She walked slowly back to the group with a smile. "My laptop is okay.... Cabin, not so much."

Ramal looked up from the rubble. "Thats great...I mean about your laptop,"he said.

Wes, who'd come over with Kris, looked down at the ground, realizing something, "I think I left Demetri in there..."

Jake frowned. "Are you sure?" The Apollo cabin had been burned especially badly... The fates were not smiling upon the wooden viola.

Wes shrugged, "Pretty sure. I mean, the only other place it could've been would be the Ampitheater, but I *always* take it back to the cabin. It was in a case though, so I guess there's a little hope..."

"That's the spirit Wes. Demetri is around here somewhere." Kris said having a feeling the wooden viola was destroyed in the fire.

"Are we talking about a person?" a confused Ramal asked.

"No. A viola." Jake said simply, glad he didn't leave too many irreplacible idems in his cabin. He had brought alot of things with him, and the rest was somewhere in his section of the forge.

"Oh," Ramal said as he continued to look around.
