Training time.

Ross was caught off guard at how fast Coren moved. He barely able to avoid the blow by stepping to the side and back at the same time. He brought the sword in a diagonal cut from right to left.

Coren dodged it, and quickly struck the sword even further away, which would probably knock him off balance. He wasn't sure though, as it probably took a bit of resilience to wield a hammer.

Ross spun the sword around oddly in order to avoid it falling out of his hand, it was a trick he used many a time with his hammer in order to achieve a two hit attack with it. He stepped back creating more distance between them. He wasn't going to last much longer...

Coren looked a little surprised, and stepped back as well. "Nice moves." But he didn't pause for long. He lunged forward with a stabbing motion. However, he quickly feinted and tried to swing at the bottom of the handle, which would most likely disarm Ross.

The sword clattered to the ground after leaving Ross's hands. Surprised he had even survived that long. "Sorry that wasn't much of a challenge" He said picking up the sword and handing it back to Coren.

"No problem. It was much funner than stabbing motionless dolls." Coren grabbed his sword and sheathed it. "You did a lot better than I thought you would. Nice job."

"Thanks. I've learned some odd moves from my time out in the world" Ross said. "So whats it like being a sun of Athena, are you like super smart or something?" He asked.

"I guess you could say that. I prefer swordplay to reading though." Coren walked back to the bench, and sat down. "What's it like being a demi-titan? With the hate on all the titans lately, I could see a lot of hate being directed at you."

"Well, so far people just try and ignore me. Although I don't think too many people know about me yet so I'm sure there will be some that will go out of there way to be annoying. But all in all, I can't complain too much" Ross said. He went over and sat down next to Coren.

Coren nodded. "I guess not. Whelp, now what? I get bored easy, and now I'm pulling a blank."

"I don't know. Hey, I heard Chiron say something about capture the flag before, whats up with that?" Ross asked.

"Well, I'm pretty sure it's too build up teamwork and come up with strategies. It's pretty much training, as is almost everything else here. At least, that's the way I see it."

"Oh. Well sounds like it could be fun" Ross said. "How long have you been here?" He asked.

"Four years." Coren shifted in his position. He really didn't like his ADHD. "You?"

"Just got here a few days ago" Ross said.

"Cool. I guess that's what you meant earlier by not being assigned activities." Coren ran his hand over Caladfwlch's sheath as he stared at the wall. How hard would it be to rip it open with Cladfwlch..? "Probably not that hard..." He quietly muttered to himself. He was not that good at staying on one train of thought.

"What wouldn't be very hard?" Ross asked. He noticed the other boys aura become anxious.

"Just how hard it would be tear open the wall. Nothing to important, just random things."

"Well that doesn't sound weird at all.." Ross said sarcastically.

"You'd be amazed at how often I think like that. Or just disturbed deeply for knowing what I think. Not quite sure which."

"I don't know. Everyone thinks oddly from time to time" Ross said. "So do you want to do something or?" Ross asked..

"Well, we fought with swords my way, so you choose. This is in no way me being incredibly lazy, by the way," Coren said with a smile.

"Well I don't know. I don't really have anything I enjoy doing in particular" Ross said.

"Hmm..." Coren thought for a second. "Well, I have no idea what to do now. Without the stabby stabby fun time, and with us having no idea what to do now... I'm bored. Again."

Ross took a moment to give the arena another look over. "I thought that the cabins all had a schedule for what they're supposed to be doing. Don't you?" He asked.
