Trying New Things...

Dominic stared at her as she began, 'You're saying 'um'...whats 'um'?' Dominic asked before raising an eyebrow questioningly, 'What are you hiding Alexis? Are we going to have to start trading secrets?'

Alexis sighed."For two weeks Andrew and I have been dating."Alexis said."I just didn't know how to tell you. So slap me in the back of the head for not telling you."

Dominic stared at her in silence for a moment. Then a smile broke out over his face. He choked back a laugh that threatened to break out.
'Thats the big secret?' Dominic asked, 'Whoa. And I thought it was going to be something like; I just found out he's my brother.' He said before laughing and clapping her on the shoulder, 'You silly Know-it-all, why on earth would you keep that from me? I wouldn't make a big deal out of it...maybe I'd pick on him a bit.'
He laughed a little more, grinning at her with a smile full of pearly teeth, 'Geez the way they everyone was going on about it made me think you had the hots for me or something.'

Alexis looked at him."Don't go too hard on him please."

'All right I won't tease him too much.' He said with a smile, 'But i he hurts you I will throw him off a cliff.'

Skipper almost laughed really hard. She peeked from out of the bushes. She walked into where they could see her and cracked up "That was histerical! The way Alexis looked all ashamed made it seem like she had been dating an herb or someting!"

"My dad would of thrown me off a cliff if I hadn't told him Skipper so I'm used to being disappointed in myself don't push it."Alexis glared.

"Just commenting..." she said

"Next time just... Nevermind I'll be going now."Alexis said her face troubled against the thoughts of her abusive dad. Alexis started to walked away.

Andrew walked over to her."You okay? Your upset."Andrew was perfect at watching people's emotions.

Alexis nodded,"I'm fine."Alexis said,her thoughts still stuck on her dad.

Andrew sighed,"Okay whatever you say. Your not really a convincing liar."Andrew said softly.

Alexis looked at him,"Thanks."Alexis said."But no really I'm fine."Alexis added putting on a convincing enough smile.

Dominic had been taken back by the sudden outburst from Alexis. He had rarely seen Alexis angry and he was sure he didn't like it. It would have to be big if it could get to her like that.
'Any idea what that was about?' Dominic asked Skipper whilst trying not to stare.
'Also...is that her boyfriend?' Dominic asked and pointed to the boy who had begun talking to her, 'I need to know. Its important that I know who I'm supposed to pick on from now on.'

Cynthia took skippers hand off her mouth that was preventing her to talk,"Yeah that's Andrew."Cynthia said.

"That thing?" said Skipper, slightly emphasizing. She summoned something from wind "He was a delinquent in another life or something!" she showed them a VERY old looking mugshot of Andrew "Weird."

Cynthia rolled her eyes,she wasn't the type to get angry but when people got on her nerves she would.cynthia sighed,"Oh come on Andromeda . . . I think she chose the right guy."Cynthia said before pushing her anger to the side and jumped excitedly."I want to meet him bye."Cynthia added before walking over."Hi Alexis."

"Hi Cynthia."Alexis said glancing at her.

Skipper flew above them, high enough so that no one could see her. She looked down on them and giggled at their awkward moment.
